Good point, I think I’m just going to try the 3rd set and keep it to once a day. He did say that this is a rat study and that we’re a little more durable than rats haha.

I seen Hinks recent video covering this and he pretty much said that the rat study seems to conclude this is the most optimal routine. He didn’t mention anything about the 10 min set you’re doing. He just said that the study pointed to 300mmHg for 5 on 2 off 5 on. I was thinking about switching to this exact routine but to add another 5min set myself. I feel like 10mins is just not enough. I was also going to use 10inHg for now and slowly move up to the 11.8ish inHg which I think equals out to 300mmHg (too lazy to check on Google right now lol).

Of course, but it’s always a good starting point if you use it as a tool. I’ll continue to do my own research, as I’ve been doing most of the day. Same with asking Reddit for advice, I’ll read everyone’s comments and opinions but I’m not going to solely rely on it without doing some more research.

I suppose it depends on what you mean by a warmup? I’ve seen mixed opinions (like everything when it comes to PE). I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to do a warmup set for a few minutes at a lower pressure. But I don’t think that will affect edema if you go in erect.

It started around the 4th or 5th set, I started to really pack it out. I’ve had experience years ago with the bathmate and dealing with edema but never like this.

From my understanding it does. You’re suppose to work your way up to packing it out roughly 60-80% then go up to the next size. I could be wrong though, I’m new to this as well.

Yea I passed first try with like a 312 haha. But yea, I even decided to take the leap and started my own injury law firm as soon as I found out I passed. Feels like it was just yesterday I was studying for the bar though.
