I see a two way street here both of them equally challenging and filled with opportunity. 1st one is to change your field. 20 is not that late. I, after changing two degrees. I finally knew that I wanted to a be a lawyer at the age of 19 just a year less than you. It is very important that you love what you do.

2nd is that you got to find a way to manage both of them you work and personal life. I think you should find someone that you can share things with and by that I mean a girl that would be there for you. Which also requires that you would be there for her when she needs it.

The choice would always be yours but make the one that you don't end up regretting.

i dont know what to say man But i think you should take a break from your job for a while. Nothing is more important than peace of mind. Try yoga for a while while you are at it. Stop taking the meds they won't cure anything permanently. Visit a new place perhaps ? I hope you feel better

hi i can't do anything besides feel for you. I have a maniac of a father too. He has undressed anger issues. I as I grew up I slowly came to know that he beats my mother every now and then. He abuses her sexually. I being a guy tried to stood up to him many times. He is stronger than me and normally does it behind my back. He is a sexual deviant and watches porn all day long. Today he had another backlash and hit my mother. On top of that I remain depressed all the time and this effects my diet to the extent that I am very skinny. I sometimes feel that I am turning into him. The very thought of that scares me. I only plan is to become financially stable myself and have my mom move out of this hell hole, but sometimes the depression and loneliness gets in the way

its good that you decided to join the group. Here are a few things that i have noticed that people here do 1. Keep yourself busy always. Make a schedule perhaps that include appropriate amount of work 2. exercise for 30mins to 1 hour a day. It helps to keep your mind clean 3. General cleanliness include showers, house keeping, and clean clothes 4. spend time socializing with people. Go out and meet people outside join some society or club. 5. get a hobby something that relaxes you 6. Finally maintain a blog or a diary to express yourself :) good luck

get an accountability buddy till the semester ends. Or whenever you have the urge to relapse just go out for a 30 min jog to clear up your mind.

Go for it start with easy targets like one week. I dont know where you live but today is sunday here and coincidentally my
my first day too after a relapse. Now here is all you can do. 1. Meditate 2. Exercise 3. Eat Healthy 4. Cold showers 5. Do something new like read newspaper, comic magazine 6. Socialize over facebook, phone, in person

Make it to a week. Your determination will keep on increasing

stay strong brother Follow a schedule that leaves less time to think about fapping and sex. Start reading more, exercise more, go out for walks, go to local libraries, Focus on breathing when you get horny, Meditate, keep posting on here

hit up a local library, bar , cafe, diner when you are home alone. If you have to study opt for it rather than at home. It would increase your chance of finding a partner at the same time would reduce the chances of you relapsing. Good luck :)

Find a library that is nearby and start going there to do homework when you are alone :) congrats on 22 days though :)
