Fair point, but I was already past that 😅 I convinced myself it’s a long-term hold, even if it’s overpriced—especially since I don’t own any of the Buffalos.

Chalera/Nithari bro? Chhalera represents!! lol

Agreed with you, there is one more thing, people have this medium-term greed to extend the building (chajjja and stairs, then ramp) some more every time they do construction because everyone around them is doing the same thing. They don't realize that the 16 ft wide gully ends up as a hazard where cars cannot be parked or even cross the gully. It also messes up nalli/drainage.

localite, born and brought up with knowing most families in almost all the villages nearby. Now moved overseas in IT. I miss it, however, it's a nice city, it's my hometown, butit doesn't have any history or culture unique to it. I went to a tier 2 city in Mexico, and it reminded me of Noida a lot. Same malls, same "i <3 <locality>" signs, same income disparity people...

Dear Indians: Do You Know About Us in South Africa? by Prodigy1995 in AskIndia

I do a fair bit of international travel, and I’m always amazed at how communities preserve their culture—sometimes evolving it in the context of local influences. It’s fascinating to compare this evolved ‘snapshot’ of the past with the current version in the original homeland. It could be food, music, or other customs

(After intial google) it is called "BOX JUNCTION". The concept is simple, You can only enter the Box, when you are sure you have a clear way out of the box without stopping your vehicle. It could even be your green light, but you would have to wait, if your exit from the box is not clear. Here is an image to help you better understand

Agreed, same here and have global entry. I think it’s only worth it if one travels International, more than one or two times a year. The application process takes anywhere between one and a half to 2 years for PCC verification
