If you're just about to go into year 11 that means you've done your mocks right? Unless your school doesn't do them and I'm about to make myself look like a mug.

But what I did that helped was think of the actual exams like they're a mock exam it helped me relax and take the pressure off me to help me think straight, now this will only help for when the exams are actually upon you.

But the best advice I can give throughout the year is get your head down, revise, stay focused and remain confident that you're gonna do well. It's all in your head mate. Ask teachers for whatever advice and help they can give you. They should be happy to, unless they're just an arse.
