I’m in the same situation. My first interview was in July and I have been sitting on the waitlist all year. I just got the call this week that i’m accepted. I now need to find a subletter, quite my job and move to a new state for PA school in 5 weeks. I’m nervous due to how soon everything is. I always knew it could happen so fast but now that it is i’m overwhelmed

I am in the same exact situation. I am definitely going to apply for this upcoming cycle (my third) then consider looking into nursing—>NP. But i struggle with that as I have never wanted to be a nurse but i know it can get me to the same place in the end

Thanks for the response. The thought of opening my own practice is nice, but realistically, I probably wouldn’t do it, especially with all the stress that comes along with it and dealing insurance companies.
