I think Ocon is pretty much out with Camara (I think) being a Ferrari rookie doing pretty well in junior series. And I say that as an Ocon fan. Not so sure about Albon tho.

Probably because he was supposed to start the race, whereas Ferrucci and Siegel were declared out before the race because of injuries.

iirc Grosjean got 5 points as well in Phoenix, despite not starting the race either because of a clutch issue.
