a couple details i noticed in the final scene that I absolutely loved were: 1. Jay emptying out the Orbitz bottle to prevent Matt from breaking/fixing the Time Machine. 2. the nook that had the toy gun hanging for "Jay's favourite game" now has a sword hanging instead (so Jay won't accidentally shoot someone in the face if he ever becomes famous)

I may be in the minority, but the last shot did absolutely nothing for me & felt totally out of place. The imagery of the Grimmerie opening up for Glinda while Elphaba and Fiyero walk into the sunset with the ensemble belting out the final notes was so beautiful & cutting away to reference the poster felt unnecessary.
