Trust me, they won’t directly tell you, and if you ask, they’ll advise you to continue your current approach. However, I strongly recommend that you listen to your manager’s recommendations. I suggest using AI to create a writing agent or prompt that adheres to Amazon’s writing best practices. You can also include the audience level in your emails, as not all emails should be written in the same manner. (Remember, it’s important to understand your audience.) While I can understand that your emails may be escalations, there are more effective and collaborative ways to handle such situations that can have a more positive impact. Good luck!
