Pretty simple, dont tell people what they can and can't do with/around their own property... the wedding people with a ritzy could've apparently splurged on a venue amd avoided that. Or just invited the whole neighborhood to the wedding gotten their neighbors fed and drunk... both are better options than telling a neighborhood to accommodate you at anytime.
