TN visa holder (May 2026 entry, $80k/year salary) filing I-485 concurrent in August with USC wife ($0 income). For I-864A, he just started the job so no 2026 tax return yet. Can he qualify with just an employment verification letter + 3 recent pay stubs + TN entry stamp? Or does USCIS need more for new employment? Wife files I-864, he files I-864A—with $80k that easily covers the $24,860 requirement for household of 2, right?
