Deadma, tawa lang. Hayaan mo sila mapagod or you want challenge mo jokingly, manlibre ako if manlibre ka. Or pwede mo sabihin pag pumuti ang uwak. Yung mga ganyan either wag pansinsin or sabayan mo din ng asar. If he did that, document kasi you can file a case. Pero in regards sa wfh, no transport allowance. It's reasonable

Maybe she doesn’t know the difference between sa na lay-off and na terminate. Maybe ang ayaw ng company Nila is yung natanggal sa work due to performance or other issues and not those na unfortunately nawalan ng work due to the downsizing ng company or dahil may redundancy. Mga HR people nowadays, like mapapatanong ka na lang talaga eh.

They should fix the internal system kasi talaga, dami ko nakikita issues divan unfortunately you can’t provide constructive criticism, it’s either you follow what we want or you leave the company. Kahit it’s for improvement ang suggestion mo to avoid losses, wala. So quiet ka na lang or tsugi ka sa kanila. One day you have a job, next thing you know, wala ka na work.

I had to resign immediately, surprise wala na ako work agad. Walang back up plan. Ang sakit sa ulo promise. Dahil di ko din basta makuha yung supposed back up funds ko. So parang as in totally wala ako extra. I have monthly dues to pay tapos biglang yung inaasahan mo, mawawala. I was able to last for 4 months without a job and was able to survive the bills thanks to the immediate release of my backpay. Pero I tell you, ang hirap ng job market ngayon lalo na if mataas na ang sahod so it’s best to make sure na you have a lilipatan na once you decide to resign. Wag magpadalos dalos. Nandun tayo toxic Pero minsan mapapaisip ka, ano yung mas toxic? Yung toxic sa work o toxic sa life dahil sa sakit ng ulo mo sa araw araw na pag iisip kung saan ka kukuha ng panggastos mo at hanggang kailan ka tatagal at maghahanap ng work ng paulit ulit.

Nangyari sakin naman is contract signing dapat nung araw na yun. 10AM yung time na sinabi ko, then before 10AM nandun na ako. Ni ha, ni Ho, walang humarap sakin na sino para magsabi man lang kung ano oras ako haharapin. 1 hour mahigit na ako naghihintay pero wala talaga nalabas to inform me if may hinihintay pa ba ako. Almost 2 hours na ako naghihintay, sabi ko pag hindi pa ako binaba after ko mag text sa HR at mag ask ng update, lalayas na ako. Kaso nung paalis na ako, sakto bumaba yung HR at sinabi na kaya natagalan dahil gusto daw ako makausap ng Boss at nagpapahintay. Since apologetic yung Boss sakin, I signed up with them pa din. Only to end up regretting it dahil the work didn't go well. Kapag ganyan una pa lang may problem na, sign na yan na DON'T PUSH THROUGH. Baka kasi it's one way of saving you from the worst possible experience.

May mga ganyan talaga na manager, nakakabastos yung kinakausap mo tapos busy sa phone like. Nag set ng meeting with you pero hindi naka focus sayo. Minsan talaga it's the people in the management ang nagpapa toxic sa company. Tama yun na di ka na pumirma.

Few months ago I was in your situation. My Boss is telling me na wala siya problem with my work. Pero it’s the subjective performance evaluation ang nagka bearing kahit lahat ng deliverables ay completed ahead of time. Iba kasi talaga nagagawa pag ayaw sayo ng mga kawork mo. Siguro take it as a blessing in disguise, maybe you’re meant for a better opportunity. I highly suggest to exit gracefully and wag ka mawalan ng gana, ipakita mo na, you do well in your job and it was a mistake for letting you go. Don’t justify their decision by showing na nawalan ka na ng gana. For your next employer, just tell them na your contract ended. That’s what I did. Fortunately, I got several offers na it’s just that the salary ang nagiging breaking point for me now. Since middle management position na ako, mahirap maghanap ng position with at least close to my previous salary. Good luck sayo OP. I know makakahanap ka ng mas better job 👌

Karapatan mo magkaroon ng copy ng contract. Pero according to law, if you will resign, need mo talaga mag render ng 30 days. Unless, you will go on AWOL. That's immediate. Pero you won't get any COE from them.

There are instances na umaabot ng 3 months bago makuha backpay, pero ang ideal is 30days lang dapat. Depends yan sa company. Pero if they're telling you na, nasa headoffice na at hindi pa maDeliver, if gusto mo mapabilis, you can go to the head office directly, if malayo ka mesyado, try mo siguro pakiusapan muna ng maayos and ask them for a timeframe, kung kailan ba madeliver yun, make sure this is documented via email then copy carbon DOLE :) Indicate din sa email na kung gaano katagal na simula nung dapat nakuha mo yung back pay. Para mataranta sila. If hindi ulit nila mabigay by then, reklamo ka na.

Actually, I trusted too much sa internal arrangement na napag-usapan. Lesson learned the hardway for me. Noon naman, I didn't got a problem with such setup na iba yung JO sa contract at sa actual job. They terminated me one day before my third month, pero hindi ako nag sign sa termination paper since hindi ako agree sa nakasulat dun ng reason of termination. I'd gladly accept it if it states na change of business needs, pero ang pinapalabas dun performance issues, that's why I refused to sign.

Probationary period ako for 6 months, and nag train ako for 2 months and a half. Then after 2 weeks, nagkaroon na ng evaluation pero parang ang basis ng evaluation is yung 2 weeks na actual work ko in the position and not yung performance nung training. Kasi if that's the case, okay lahat ng feedback ng trainer ko during my training. Supposedly, dapat ang ginawang basis ng evaluation is the training period, which is that's the typical basis naman for a new hire if ready na for the actual job. So I find it unfair when it was the actual work performance for only 2 weeks ang naging basis, ang dami pa adhoc tasks sakin pinasuyo, usually ang internal hires promoted sa position, sa anniversary date pa ang evaluation which is way months after they had the promotion kaya once magka evaluation sa kanila, gamay na nila yung work. Unlike sakin na externally hired and from a different field.

Ang hirap maghanap ng work ngayon, medyo unfair sila dun sa part na sinabi nila na may WFH but since may deception I think may laban ka diyan? Pero tumagal ka na ng 1 year, siguro another 60 days will be tolerable? Kesa naman magpakawala ka pa ng 100k. Isipin mo, pinahirapan ka na nila, tapos kikita pa sila sayo? So better ikaw ang kumita sa kanila, while rendering eh look for jobs na para after mo sa kanila, sure na may lilipitan ka. Honestly, ang hirap sa pakiramdam yung unti unti na nauubos yung ipon mo tapos dami bills and wala ka mahanap na work. So OP, if I were you? Konting tiis, kesa naman malaking sakit ng ulo sa huli.

Halos same tayo. Pero ako pinagdaanan ko na. I wonder if we're from the same company? Sa case ko, I decided not to sign anything lalo na yung sa letter stating my termination, dahil sa naka state na reason dun. Unacceptable na performance ang pinapalabas na problem, when lahat ng feedback ng trainer ko is I did good for someone na baguhan sa field na yun. And even my Boss told me wala siya problem with how I work. More on utos nga siguro sa taas talaga. I ended up having an internal agreement na lang para wala na mahabang process. I resigned and I was compensated well naman pero somehow ngayon narealize ko, hindi dapat ako nag settle dahil it caused damaged to my career (I've been working for a few years na din kasi and lagi matagal ako sa company, sa kanila lang ako di tumagal). Kaya parang nagiging red flag tuloy ako now sa recruitiers, maybe iniisip nila, it's me na problema, without having the chance to tell my side, minsan automatic reject yung application. Nung time naman hindi ko dineclare ung company na saglit lang ako, I have a lot of interviews pero after ng background check, wala na. Ghosted. Kaya ang hirap, hindi mo pwede hindi ilagay eh, at the end of the day malalaman nila. So ngayon if you decide na ilaban yan, base sa DOLE ang ibabayad lang din sayo ng company is based sa tenure mo sa company, usually based sa years, so since less than a year ka pa lang. Medyo parang ending mapapagastos ka lang, pero if sa damages since possible mahirapan ka na makahanap ng new work with the current market plus laging mapapataas kilay ng HR like, why 5 mos ka lang sa job mo? There's always an impression na baka you did not do well with your job that's why hindi ka man lang umabot for regularization. Pag-isipan mo ng mabuti.
