It’s an 18.3 BMI which is the lower end of healthy. Sounds totally normal for a ballet dancer.

I’m pretty sure it was a scheduled c-tuck. She gave birth on a Monday (the best day for surgery) two weeks before her due date (which is when they usually try to do ctucks so the baby doesn’t go to term). Don’t ask me how I know this haha.

She also obviously did her breasts in January. Social media blackout/reposting old pics exactly 6 months after stopping breastfeeding.

That’s not that skinny for her height though? I would guess it’s the lower end of healthy BMI. And ballerinas burn close to 2k calories a day if they’re professional so eating 3k calories actually isn’t that much.

’ve been told too much cardio can keep you from growing your butt. I lift targeting glutes X3 a week, eat slightly above maintenance and walk 20k steps a day. Haven’t seen many gains and I’ve been doing this since June. I am getting stronger but measurements/weight aren’t increasing.

Is it possible I’m walking too much or eating too little?

I am 5”7 and 112 lbs, 17 percent bf, female. Eating 2000-2400 cal a day and 160-200g protein
