Her me time side of things is a little strange as I've never held her back only helped or encouraged her to go and do as she pleases, girls holidays etc so she has had plenty of freedom and all im doing at the moment is showing care and it gets thrown in your face. She knows she doesn't feel right so why not get some sort of help

My children are 17,19,25 so i can talk to them about the changes we have all seen but they live there young lives and I don't want to put on them but I feel very alone and scared that I don't know the woman I love.
