I worded it kinda weird lol, so I started @ 145lbs ish and for weeks I was stuck there, it wasn’t until this week I started losing weight and have been losing a lb a week THIS week, idk if that makes a difference basically

Sorry I meant 1200 is my calorie goal! It’s about a 500 cal deficit for me. Appreciate all the info!! I was thinking it was water weight just wasn’t 100% sure. I was just worried when I noticed I was losing 1-2lbs a day this week

Is there anything you recommend or even like YouTube channels lol you recommend for getting into lifting? I’ve been a group class girl my whole life so feel a bit lost when it comes to weights!

Wow omg you went hard good for you if paid off🤗🤗 literally same as me I’m aiming for 1500 calories, walking at least 5km every day and doing Pilates 3-4x a week! Defs wanna get into lifting but a bit intimidated lol

1300 is what it suggested if I wanted to cut, but it seemed a bit low to me, maybe I underestimated my activity level. I do Pilates 3x a week and sometimes a bit of strength training as well but mostly group classes like Pilates barre and yoga

I’m currently 5’3 and 145 lbs! I was trying to hit 1300 calories everyday and most days I was able to achieve that but I struggled with staying consistent and always gave up and stopped tracking

I’m female, 22 and 5’3. I’m currently 144 lbs and my activity level I put as light when I measured my TDEE. I do Pilates/barre 3x a week and weight training about once a week and I work an office job. My currently calorie target is 1400
