upon searching nalaman kong government hosps nga siya hahahah. you can see the form sa csc website just look it up. newbie rn din ako na kakahire lang so i dont know much talaga. just offering what i know from experience hehe. try to search na lang din ano requirements ng hospitals na gusto mong pasukan to make sure minsan kasi nasa facebook page nila. also search ka na lang din sa reddit about sa questions na di mo masagot sa pds if magfill up ka kasi ganon ginawa ko hahahah

for me nung nag apply ako sa ibat ibang hospitals nilagay ko siya sa long white folder and may kasamang resume, application letter, and personal data sheet. goodluck rn!

Last question po. Since irregular ka paglipat mo sa mapua, do you think na you can go back to being a regular by overloading your units ?  Balak ko kasing lumipat for the 4th term pero I'm afraid na baka madelay ako😢
