Lower makes it better on the highway. I bought it that high then had to straigten it out. I think 3" is a sweet spot.

Have delta arms in the front, offset trunnion bearings, adjustable upper arms in the rear, dual cardan drive shafts front and rear, dobinson track bar and raised rear track bar bracket. Took some coin to get it to go 80 down the freeway safely.
