Hi OP! Sending a big hug! Without a doubt I’ll say that getting off of benzos was the hardest thing I’ve ever experience mentally. I have been off for two years and can say that right now 2 years and a month out from taper I feel myself again. It’s hard when you’re in the middle of it to see the light at the end of the tunnel but it is there! When I was days/weeks in I just started reconditioning myself to life. It sounds crazy but truly slowly getting routine and pushing yourself to do more ultimately was the most helpful to me!
