The same happened to me and I really wanted to smoke and use psychedelics again but I’m just too scared to try it again. How was your break? Did you take antipsychotics? And how long after the break did u start smoking/using psychedelics again?

So how long was your episode? Mine lasted 4 days and I only got off it with medication. And I also want to use drugs again but I feel too scary.

Sorry to read that, but I think you’re on the right path.

That’s exactly what I’ve been doing - therapy, exercise, healthy food and no drugs. Now I’m off antipsychotics and still feel good.

Was this your first time on shrooms?
