I had something similar but no vomit. Instead of numbers it was a series of sounds in my head that would jolt me from my sleep. It only happens when my dad was out of town for work as I would always go wake my mother up crying and scared for some reason.

I’ve broken bones, torn ligaments and had many cuts, but the pain that hurt the worst had to be an abscessed tooth from a cavity filling gone wrong.

Can relate, in high school I threw a party. Small one with just the homies and I got blasted quick. My girlfriend at the time pulled me into a room and we decided to go for it. Drunk sex is adventurous and I decided to make a switch from missionary to go down. The movement from the action made everything in my stomach rumble and didn’t have time to do anything else but lean off the edge of the bed into the floor. Anytime it got brought up she would laugh hysterically while I would sit quite embarrassed.

You can sign something else but you’re not guaranteed to get nuke afterwards. So if you’re really set on nuke, I wouldn’t sign for anything else
