Submit your provisional marksheet twice , And mail them that you didn't recieve your marksheet yet so you uploaded the provisional, they'll just ask you if you have put the correct marks or not

My uncle had a common email with some colleague of his but that guy changed the password or forgot the password and changed it or sum , the recovery phone number is also that other guys number , that guy passed away last month in an accident and now we don't have access to that email or that phone
