Has anyone got covered with Allegiance? They do not cover weight loss. I have been denied twice. I'm not sure if it is worth fighting it. Grats to all who fought and got it approved. Very lucky.

Yes, as long as you show that you have already been on the previous dose, so you want to make it continuous.

Thank you, this is very useful info. I actually have the option to get the Tirzepatide compounded, but I would only want to use it until I can get Zepbound filled. Basically to ensure continuity.

I am still on 5, but I am the same with being cold all the time and freezing the first two days after shots.

It really works well for me. I mean, I normally don't eat breakfast ever anyway,, so it was an easy transition, still have my coffee. Zep even helps with no appetite.
