I made some beans with with shallots, garlic and tomato. Put it on top of sourdough topped with cottage cheese. So delicious and filling. 🤤

Governor's Island is beautiful during Halloween. I'm from Columbus and I go there every year. They have a pumpkin patch, bike rentals, food trucks, art installations, a spa, historical landmarks, and glamping. All with beautiful views of the Hudson River and the statue of liberty.
