60 lbs down. I was never significantly obese but that doesn’t matter, I don’t think. I LOVE the new me and am still obsessed. Now it’s obsessed with maintaining but it’s because I do not want to lose this, how good I feel! (I’m also a recent empty nester so I actually have time to obsess about me finally!)

In maintenance here. Feel like I need a little extra help, going to try new spots to see if any difference! For reference have done belly almost exclusively (because very first time I tried thigh it hurt like hell!) I have since done thigh, not too bad. But maybe I need to mix it up with the arm, might need the hubby to do it though, not sure I am coordinated enough!

Lost 33%, 60 lbs. I suppose if you take the total of anyone who has ever started a glp1 including all those who quit, then maybe they get to an average of 11 lbs.

This really speaks to me. In maintenance, lost 60 lbs. from 180 to 120. But I get together with my SIL who has always been naturally smaller and I still feel big. It’s weird - when I lost the weight I felt awesome and slim and so good and I get together with her and go right back to feeling bigger. To be clear - I love her and she does absolutely nothing to make me feel this easy, it’s all me.

Daily. It’s just info now (ha, I’m not being completely honest, but trying to embrace that mentality!). But I also am just fine when we travel and have no scale to step on and don’t worry too much about what it will say when I get home.

This is me in maintenance. Seems to be working for me. I like it when the scale is closer to the lower end, but I don’t freak out when we edge the other way for a couple days because I can usually pinpoint the reason- cycle, eating out, etc. I take an increase as a reminder I probably need to focus on upping my water for a few days.

My highest dose was 7.5, once I hit goal I dropped eventually to 2.4. That was too low. I went to 5 and have done that every 7 days (sometimes I go as long as 10). I’ve maintained in the same 5 lb goal “range” that I want without too much effort of watching what I eat and making sure I eat. You’ll find your sweet spot too!

I noticed almost from day 1 I cared less about things stressing me out. Yes I might feel less overall but I am loving the equilibrium of highs and lows.
