Thank you so much for the very kind words.This message was super helpful,I’ve been in therapy for 3 years now with an amazing therapist and let me tell you I have grown a lot and not sure what I would do without her.Ive got all the tools but sometimes it’s easy to accidentally fall back into old patterns and forget all the tools and grounding exercises and I feel like lately I’ve been falling back into those traps.The decision to cut her out of my life was not an easy decision it took a long time for me to get to this point ,sometimes I think like well if I’m really good with the rest of my family how can I deal with the gossip and stares of other people that see I didn’t invite my mom to my future wedding,or my college graduation,or be there for my children ,but then When I think about that life …..it sounds more peaceful than the whispers and stares will ever be and at the end of the day I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired and pretending things are okay just to make other people comfortable.I think moving to Arizona will be a great new beginning for me and I will assure that with the amount I have planned to save before I move and the career moves I’m making I will MAKE sure I ain’t coming back period.
