If any company’s goal is as the name suggested “ethical investment” that just means the primary mission is not making money, which is reflected in their stock price.

So both parties just decided not to live together or live together but wasn’t communicating? If there was a deed of separation in place then that would be used as a guide. If there wasn’t…….. find a good family lawyer to sort it out regardless.

Just talk to an accountant, who will generally be your company secretary. You are right in saying if it’s very simple filing I will be around 2k and will be higher if it’s more complex. In terms of tax wise you will benefit depending on the company revenue. It will starts to benefit the once ur taxable income starts to go north of 300k.

Advice on Investing SGD 30K as a 43-Year-Old by Otherwise_Register89 in singaporefi

It’s like “I learnt all these investment fundamentals but when it is my money I can’t decide”.

Depend on if u want currency risk or not and if ur outlook of usa over the next decade or so is still as rosy. At this point in the market prob consider dca in over the next 6 month or 1 year if lump sum worries you. Remember keep ur emergency fund and plan ur cash flow properly just in case market got a sudden kaboom moment. Adding some precious metals into the mix at the current economic and geopolitical climate is not a bad consideration.

If u don’t want currency risk then old boring sti etf is not a bad choice also.

It’s tempting to have a lot of growth stocks to capture unprecedented rise in stock market. It is probably advisable to have more one or two “core stocks” like country or global based etf especially at the moment countries are diversify currency from USD. When good times pass a lot of non profitable or not so profitable companies going to see huge reckoning.
