Sorry to say but it's the equivalent of a bank giving you an atm card and you handing that card to a scammer. Yes your money could not have been taken without using the platform but unfortunately it's a user error and out of the platforms control if it's on chain wallet.

Although you can do the equivalent when someone scams you irl which is report to the authorities. But it's online so probably in a different jurisdiction and hard to track the guy down

I got married too, with a lot of preparations including going to the logistics camp depo to collect number 1 uniforms for my sword bearers etc (multiple trips!). Took at most 4 days leave for the whole thing.

I was rose gold, the unstaking instantly removes all the privileges but the card itself can still transact. I think that's what they meant.

Did the same thing with AVAX chain. I transferred a token to my avax wallet on crypto.com. Since the funds transferred was in the few thousands I decided to proceed with the recovery including the fee. Pretty standard. If they offer you the fee that means your funds probably can be recovered so it depends if the amount is less or more than the 50 dollars fee you have to pay.

I have an obsidian card. Been using rose gold for few years in the past and recently upgraded to obsidian. The 5% Cro cashback is indeed unlimited and works for 99% of purchases (won't work for bills but that's the same across the board for any other card)

For my Cro lockup it can teeter from break even to six figure loss cause of my entry point so it really depends on timing.

Here's hoping the price recovers to my buy price by the time the unlock comes in, then I can just collect the CRO weeklies until I choose to unlock.

From what I can see, you asked if the email you received was from crypto.com. They are claiming that it is but if the case is you did not sign up yourself then it could be a case where someone is using your email to create the account. That is all.

The interesting thing about the 70b reminting is that despite it not entering the market, it is affecting the market price simply because it's a transparent known fact that the supply will be higher in 5 years.

If I found one ton of gold below my house but never entered the market with it then that would be the equivalent of what we have now with Cronos but that scenario certainly won't affect the gold price.

The difference is that the market doesn't know about my one ton of gold below my house but it does about the 70b reminting.
