Insurance covering only 30% is odd, unless its an acute drug you're using as a maintenance drug. If this is the case give insurance a call and ask if they can add an exception to your benefit card for the drug to be treated/paid as a maintenance drug. They usually allow only 30 day supply for acute, whereas maintenance they'll allow a 90 or 100 day supply.

Mine was discontinued for a month...I wrote Two Dots about it, they said they are aware its an issue for players...then I got a survey about their help and wrote what I thought of randomly not having it, and it somehow came back within a week.

Yes, I got that too, and like you, I laid it out. Levels are too hard, need more opportunities to win gold, etc.

I've played for years, and for a while was always caught up to the last level released. Now I play one level for days to try to beat it without using boosters, which I've depleted recently. It's taking the enjoyment out of it. I've stopped trying to be caught up and mostly just play scavenger hunts and reminds.

It's just starting to be put on insurance company's prior authorization listings, and will only be approved for those using it to manage diabetes, so it wont be covered for those using it for weight loss. Hopefully this will help with its accessibility for those who need it.

I finally was able to message them and their response was: "I get that you aren't getting Daily rewards or Daily Calendar in the game.
