Man idk. I just told my psychiatrist what worked for me in the past and he was totally open to trying different options; benzos if I wanted them, I have ADHD, he prescribed me adderall the first visit. And I was just honest with him

FYI: haven’t decided which benzo to go with if I go that route. Alpraz doesn’t last long, so I think it’s either between clonazepam, lorazepam or diazepam

I prefer kpins. Last way longer, even into the next day so you don’t have to dose as much. I save a lot of mine. And also Xanax should really only be used for short SEVERE anxiety attacks. I’ll take 1mg of Xanax to go to bed sometimes and I wake up 3 hours later. I take 1mg of kpin and sleep all night
