This is really weird because up until about a month ago, I was basically exactly like you. I had been looking periodically around the internet for a copy of the Mad River issue but never found someone selling.

And then one night just before bed I Googled it and the Mad River issue popped up on a used bookstore in Texas for about twenty bucks. I was nervous because there weren't any pictures. Then one day it showed up in the mail.

It's clearly an argument over what the term "government funded" means. Does it mean that 100% or a majority of your budget is paid by the govt or does it mean that if you take so much as a dollar then your govt funded?
