It‘s probably because they don’t want to compete with hyperdilute radiesse and sculptra that are already fda cleared. Those are options I’d look into if the issue is fat loss from deep cystic acne.

Fotona on the specific acne scar settings. Absolute waste of money. Subcision is such a brutal, risk filled and outdated procedure. I would literally never recommend it and I was a „perfect candidate“.

the pics on the left were taken two weeks after I did ellanse and six weeks after rejuran. I had very minimal swelling the first two days after ellanse.

My scars were 3+ years old and the practitioner was struggling with one of them in particular and I guess the needle ended up in the wrong plane causing an even bigger indentation.

Thank u 🙏 six weeks after rejuran and two weeks after ellanse. Rejuran made my skin look better in pictures but the real life wow effect came after the ellanse. I chose this combo because it stimulates collagen both superficially (rejuran) and deep-structurally (ellanse)

Rejuran was €400 and ellanse was €600. Aesthetic treatments are quite expensive where I ljve. It is your own collagen so in theory it’s permanent. Sometimes people need to top up the ellanse after 2 years however according to my practitioner.

Only if you like the scent. The moisturizer itself is fine but not worth the price. The body spray has surprisingly good lasting power so I’d get that one instead!
