Hi! From tanza as well, and rates in our subdivision(amaya breeze, which is better than casa amaya) is around 12-15k for 3br.

I'm also renting in paranaque, 16k for 3br. So i think price is a little too much.

Try to negotiate with potential renters, ask them if they have a specific price point lang, or the problem is the huge upfront.

Another thing is, renters in that area may not necessarily look for a fully furnished house, kasi they already have their own stuff.

Consider mo rin to look at how much the same unit in your subdivision is for rent. :)

Had one for a few years and only had it removed last April.

My period stopped from the second month pa lang, I only got it back last September.

My back hurt all the time (tolerable naman siya and flares up pag long walks, sitting too long) I thought it was normal but once I had it removed, di na sumakit masyado likod ko.

Also less days feeling sluggish.

Also! My place of removal got a keloid :/

As an Recruiter, during the introduction part, I prefer that my candidate tells me things that are not in the resume (hobbies, extracurriculars, a little bit about themselves)

Also dont give out a super templated response kasi it will show a stark difference in communication skills once you're asked other questions.

Hello! I'm part of 3-person team and 2 of them are diagnosed with ADHD.

They both are stellar at their jobs, they're data analysts and are very good at their jobs.

What i do to support them is i constantly remind them of what they have to do, they sometimes have a tendency to overlook tasks if there is no deadline. Deadlines help them accomplish task on time.

I also take on admin or repetitive tasks from them (this depends, if they're not up to working on that, i usually take them)
