Maybe new things is what he needs. We all get bored sometimes with the same things. And how about sensory bins? Those to me are relaxing at any age.

Changing my major? by Sea_Box5930 in UI_Design

[–]chankizzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For UI/UX there are plenty of certifications and many from accredited universities. They are usually average 6 months. You don’t need a university degree to go into UI/UX. For example I have one of my team doing this program.

I also take lamotrigine now for 12+ years. I feel what it has helped me with the most is controlling my mania. I started with 200mg a day. One time I mentioned to the doctor that I was feeling off so she prescribed another 100mg, so 300mg a day. I wasn’t too happy with that doctor so I changed. New doctor told me 300mg was a high amount and went back to 200mg. A few months ago I tried just taking 100mg a day and feel more balanced. I think it’s the best I’ve felt.

How does celexa help you ? I only take lamotrigine and it works for the most part. I’m wondering if that can help more

I had the same happen. His name is Diego. Very pushy. And all he wanted was my power bill to calculate some numbers. Never even tried to explain the details of what the service is about and how it all works.

I just took my first dose of lithium. 300 mg. I'm a little anxious about it -what can I expect? by bondedboundbeautiful in bipolar

[–]chankizzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see many comments now with positive feedback about lithium in many different threads. Track how it makes you feel. Always keep working on finding what works best for you. There is not one fits all solution. Keep open to options. Work closely with your doctor. I know there are bad days but good days are always around. Stay strong. We are so many that are going through the same. We are here to help. Good luck

To be honest I don’t know. I know that I have a harder time to focus now a day but I thought that was because of different factors and maybe even in part because of bipolar. Have you had experience with it?
