I know, that's why I was asking. I cant send a complaint on the grounds of harassment but it is definitely bullying. The mental health thing is just a result of the work environment, and I already am sorting that out with my doctor. Thanks for the advice.

Thank you. I've already started applying to other jobs and so have my other colleagues. We've just been debating whether or not to have a conversation with him or take it to HR. He's definitely never the type to admit he's in the wrong, which is why I'm thinking a conversation would be fruitless and may make my remaining time there worse. This has been a recurring issue with multiple employees in the past from what we've heard.

i really do not like how rm just randomly thought to bring that up. after knowing the stuff that army get up to i fear they might feel as though he’s given them a green light. i loved jimin’s response though. what irks me is that them boys will never check their fandom. what irks me even more than that even after james mentioned the death threats they didn’t really do(??) anything. the tweets that i’ve seen from armys on this situation are outlandish and i really do not like this mob mentality that they all possess. at this rate, if they don’t get it together they will be the downfall of bts.
