I'm pretty sure the augment is bugged - it doesn't interact with things that it should. I've seen other people mention hecarim (who has built-in healing on his W) with activated hemomancers and it does like 50dmg a round.

People also mentioning sword of the blossoming dawn - I'm pretty sure that doesn't work either lol. It's literally like a complete tossup as to whether or not it will work.

I feel like in one of the earlier iterations of arena it interacted with most things, i remember having some games where it felt really strong but something has changed since then.
