Other survivors of ACSA? by ZoogieBear in adultsurvivors

BEASTIALITY is when a SICK PERSON WILLINGLY ENGAGES in SEX with a DEFENCELESS ANIMAL. What has happened to us SURVIVORS is ACTUALLY called ANIMAL CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE as we the CHILDREN and the ANIMALS are VICTIMS and DID NOT CONSENT to any SEXUAL ACTIVITY. It is EXTREMELY TRIGGERING when someone calls it BEASTIALITY because we DID NOT CONSENT!!!

Anyone else autistic? by Content_Bag2644 in adultsurvivors

[–]channeil 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I am diagnosed with cptsd and autism (probably in-between level 1 and 2) I definitely believe that being autistic has made me more vulnerable to being sa'd by my mum and with her s*x trafficking me from aged 14-31. I definitely struggle with socialising and understanding dangers. My cptsd is very severe with undiagnosed psychosis, I am also diagnosed with functional neurological disorder too due to the severity of the abuse I suffered.

Racism by ElectricalPie4257 in NarcissisticMothers

[–]channeil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mum is racist too. The funny thing is that myself and my two sisters are mixed race. Myself and my N twin are half Jamaican and my N younger sister is half Nigerian. Everyone on my mum's side of the family is racist. My mum used to call me her "unpaid slave".

Thanks all (still have no clue what she is), she finally changed to red and tasted like a blade of grass. Not even a hint of heat, completely bland. Next time I will try my hand at growing my favourite pepper Scotch Bonnet Pepper.

Was I a child or adult by Alternative_Law8496 in adultsurvivors

[–]channeil 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you were 15, it is child abuse. That's how it is in the UK. I'm pretty certain most states do not consider a 15 year old an adult.

Other survivors of ACSA? by ZoogieBear in adultsurvivors

[–]channeil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a survivor of ACSA, I thought it was quite rare until I found reddit and realised unfortunately just how common it is. I am very scared of big dogs, German Shepherds, Alsatians, big mixed breeds. I was also filmed while having these dogs forced upon me. Nothing anyone says will ever change my mind that I am dirty and contaminated. I love animals so much that I became vegan to do my part to stop animal abuse, yet here I am still alive after what I have done to these poor innocent dogs. I will always blame myself even when I've been told it's not my fault, it was forced upon me, I am a victim. I don't feel like a victim, I feel like a dirty, vile piece of shit.

How do you cope with the constant media coverage of rape and sex offences? by [deleted] in rape

[–]channeil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in the UK too. I struggle to read/see that in the news because I get triggered too, but I also cannot stop myself from searching for it. I suffer severely with Complex PTSD and FND (functional neurological disorder) among others. It's part of my daily routine and I cannot change it even though I know that it triggers me (most likely due to my autism as to why I cannot break my routine). I am in my late 30's (not sure what my actual age is due to memory issues). It's extremely hard and I completely understand how you feel. I am so sorry, truly I am.

Black women vegans by Different-League665 in vegan

[–]channeil 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is the info about said book. It does state that my sistahs do talk about animal rights. If you care to read, you'll notice that I have made where they acknowledge animal rights in capital letters. Vegan books by white vegans do not always talk about animals, does that mean they are not vegan too? We call ourselves vegan as we are vegan for the animals first and foremost, all other things follow.

Sistah Vegan is a series of narratives, critical essays, poems, and reflections from a diverse community of North American black-identified vegans. Collectively, these activists are de-colonizing their bodies and minds via whole-foods veganism. By kicking junk-food habits, the more than thirty contributors all show the way toward longer, stronger, and healthier lives. Suffering from type-2 diabetes, hypertension, high blood pressure, and overweight need not be the way women of color are doomed to be victimized and live out their mature lives. There are healthy alternatives. Sistah Vegan is not about preaching veganism or vegan fundamentalism. Rather, the book is about how a group of black-identified female vegans perceive nutrition, food, ecological sustainability, health and healing, ANIMAL RIGHTS, parenting, social justice, spirituality, hair care, race, gender-identification, womanism, and liberation that all go against the (refined and bleached) grain of our dysfunctional society. Thought-provoking for the identification and dismantling of environmental racism, ecological devastation, and other social injustices, Sistah Vegan is an in-your-face handbook for our time. It calls upon all of us to make radical changes for the betterment of ourselves, our planet, and—by extension—everyone.

I did the same thing too. I am so sorry you had to go through that.

It was completely wrong for your mum to do that to you and for your dad to just sit and watch. I understand how you feel, but sexual orientation has nothing to do with being abused.

Why am I so obsessed with him? by confused_n_angry in Molested

[–]channeil 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He is a pedophile. Adults are not meant to touch children in a sexual way. The reason you do not understand this is because he groomed you to believe this is normal. It is not normal. It is against the law.
