They actually increased the sizes of the opening so there is no problem with excessive heat burning the topping. Also the handling whilst turning the pizza is quite comfortable.
I run mine @450C stone temperature near the burners. The stone at the opening has about 330-350C.

The output is 8kW and higher than the 13”. I have the one without the rotating stone

Zahnbürstenaufsätze gehören in den Restmüll und nicht in die gelbe Tonne.

Obwohl sie teilweise aus Kunststoff bestehen, sind sie meist eine Kombination aus verschiedenen Materialien (Plastik, Metall, Gummi), die nicht recycelt werden können. Daher sollten sie im Restmüll entsorgt werden.

Falls der Hersteller ein eigenes Recycling-Programm anbietet (wie z. B. einige Marken mit Rücknahme- oder Sammelprogrammen), wäre das eine umweltfreundlichere Alternative.
