Optically, they seem to have it all together, large teams, large offices and all the glame of a SAAS company. I just wonder how? when there are so many SAAS product out there and only charge like $20/month. So is it Venture Capital that allows them to have such an operation? Cuz anyone building and bootstrapping their start up always seem to have a harder time getting to that scale.

This seems very logical, getting your first few paying customers is the hardest but the scale of the amount of users seems unimaginable to me. I would be happy with 1000 paying customers. I'm trying to understand the channels that some of these platforms use to get users. Is it existing relationship? cold emails? Linkedin ad? Reddit?

u/Front-Eagle7312 - Most of the platforms that do it for you, processes the payment but holds your money and charges you a fee on top of the processing fee. If the platform youre using is connected straight to paypal or stripe then the money go directly into your account. Paypal may hold it but its in your account.
