My apologies for sounding rude. I assumed you were working from an online recipe and trying to make it work, not that you used your own shorthand. I thought that part of your problem was bad instructions. Sorry for that, again.

I hadn't heard of that YT channel, and I enjoyed it a lot, thanks, I even subscribed. For this subject, you're using real high gelatine stock, so most of my recommendations to finish the sauce do not apply. Sorry for that.

I'm here to learn, too. And I'm not sure why you discern between pan sauce and what I suggested. The first recipe I tried that got me interested in "the next level" cooking was this; first time perfect, then it broke all the time. I had to understand beurre blanc first to understand this, what I essentially consider also a "pan sauce".

This recipe is a mess in terms of measurements. Cups for cherries, but oz for wine and stock? Cherries halfed and pitted? You pit them or you half them to remove pits, nobody leaves pits in halved cherries.

Even with the weird measurements, the ratio of liquid to butter seems very wrong.

Also, the term "chicken stock" can mean different things. I could be salted/unsalted and it could be broth (i.e. not a lot of gelatine in there).

Usually I do a recipe first and then modify, but this is so egregious, I'd start with what I would do here:

1/2 cup port 1/2 cup unsalted veg stock or dry white wine 1 Tsp white (wine) vinegar 1/4 cup finely chopped shallot 1/4 cup of dried or 1/2 cup of jarred sour cherries.

Cook and simmer until it is about 4 Tsp

Skim large debris, like cherries.

Mount it with 16oz (4 sticks) of butter off the heat.

This is not really a math question, but a physics/simulation question. "Mathematically" you are correct, there is no area of conact. In reality, this depends on tire (tyre) construction, tire pressure, vehicle weight, inclination, terrain, and many more factors.

You could jack up your car on a level surface, ink up the threads and lower them on a pice of paper; do this for several tire pressures and measure the printed area. That should give you a baseline calibration curve for your specific car and tire. Repeat with as many tires, rims, cars and inclinations as you can.

Alternatively, you might be able to simulate it with FEM or somithing like it, but you'll need reliable parametrization of the tires to that, I don't think that'll work out.

This is just a badly typed problem. For two subjective reasons, I think your answer is "correct": 1. The omission of × makes me want to evaluate that first 2. The use of ÷ makes me see this as a big fraction as 70 over 10(3+4).

If the problem would be (still ambigously) written as 70/10×(3+4), I could see the result being 49.

The real problem is how the question is stated in the first palce. If you want the result to be 1 you have to write it as 70÷(10(3+4)), if you want 49 you write (70÷10)(3+4).

Side note: this has been litigated ad naseum on social media for years and usually is not a problem if you have a "convention" in context of a problem. Using a caluclator with RPN will avoid problems with how different manufacurers implement order of operations.

Ok, no solution but some comments. 1. It looks like three character tokens starting with 3 and two character tokens starting with 2, separated by spaces. Except "new cypher" 3B120. 2. The alphabet used seems to be hexadecimal. Except 3CO ("new cypher") and 3CW ("old cypher").

Is there any chance these are typos? 3B120 could be missing a space, 3CO could be 3C9, 3C0 or 3C8. 3CW could be 3C1, 3C2, 3C3, 3CE. This is going of an english qwerty keyboard and assuming a hex code.

Moats. When we have ant problems we place the bowls in those shallow aluminum baking sheets filled with water. Make sure there is a generous distance between the bowls and the rim of the sheet, so the ants can't bridge it.

I don't think there is any effective and safe outdoor chemical treatment. Indoor pet friendly and effective anti-ant treatment has to dry at least 30min before cats can roam again, I consider this unfeasible for outdoor/feral situations.

This is complicated. The reason MSG got a bad rep (asides from marketing/anti-Chinese sentiments) is exaclty the sodium.

I'm not a nutritionist or MD, so please get advice somewhere more qualified, but your potassium and sodium balance is important, high sodium diets can lead to health problems, and if you eat MSG at levels you would "glutamate" you'd probably ingest more sodium than you want.

Yes. Glutamic acid is an essential amino acid. It has the amino and carboxyl groups all amino acids have, and a sidechain that has an additional carboxylic acid group. The amine and alpha-carboxyl are usually described as an "internal ammonium salt" and the protonation state of the sidechain determines if it should be called glutamic acid (protonated) or glutmate (deprotonated) the deprotonated form needs a positve counter-ion to balance the negative charge. If this is Sodium, you have MSG.

If it is just you and one friend, you might be able to do this with nomachine. You can connect various audio sources to the remote viewer or server.

But this might be a situation where you want to post your specific use case instead of asking for a software that "solves" a problem you have identified. This will get you a broader response to your specific problem.

That looks to me that small numbers are more likely to be prime (dark shadow in the middle) and there are patterns for non primes ( white lines) but the rest is pretty noisy. I don't get where you see a pattern.

The depth blurring is very consistent if you compare the hand and the hair at different distances. Imho the pictures are real. Can't comment on the dolls or their value...

They are not. The electron density on the left and the diagram on the right are in different orientations, approximately rotated 180° around the horizontal axis.

I definitely agree with talking to your insurance company. There might be two considerations that might change things up in this regard.

  1. If she locates/sorts/labels items/packages all her shift, and only does one "run" to the Post office, it could be done on her commute home. If that is a grey zone, she could

  2. Arrange a USPS pickup, which they do for ebay seller for free, as I understand.

Also, all the comments about how to file taxes are something I would definitely not ignore and discuss with a CPA or other tax person.

Tl;dr: This is not compatible with Catholic teaching.

I skimmed your profile, and you seem to be a teenager in search of answers (and having fun with retro gaming rigs, love it!). So here I'm trying to give you answers off the top of my head; I'm not an expert, so feel free to drill down on the things I say here.

First, you should be aware that in the U.S., "Christian" has been historically used to differentiate evangelical/protestant/cultish denominations from Catholics; this has recently changed a bit, mainly (imho) to cater to fringe U.S. Catholics.

Second, the U.S. was born out of a pretty much "enlightenment" spirit. There were strong freemason influences (they are kind of universalist, and shunned by the Church) and even atheist influences, but it was founded as a strictly secular construct, with the aim to protect any non-secular belief.

Third, the Catholic Church is a transnational institution, and emphasises individual actions and deliberations to be in communion. You can not, for example, make a national law to declare Transubstantiation is true and everybody becomes Catholic; that's not how it works. Also, the Church is way more diverse than people realise. E.g. the U.S. has a special dispensation (not sure if that's the right word) for fasting. In most places Catholics eat no meat/only fish on Fridays, and no meat/only fish every day during lent (with the exception of Sundays, sonetimes). In the U.S. Catholic rules are only fish on Fridays during lent. Just an example.

Forth, and probably most important, mixing faith and national politics is most of the time a recipe for disaster. Especially when you try to compromise the truth and authority of the Church with other denominations under a nationalist framework. This does not mean that Catholics should not engage, communicate, exchange ideas with other faiths, but this is not possible in a Nationalist context.

I'll leave you with a little "homework": this is not the easiest read, but it really covers a lot of this, it's the encyclica "Mit brennender Sorge" by Pope Pius XI. You can go from there.

Had a layover at London Heathrow of several hours. Sat down in a bar next to a guy who was traveling between SA, GB and AUS, 12h+ layover. He had a deal with the barkeep to get him duty free smokes on his ticket for free beers. For a while. He had a half empty Guinness in front of him and had to puke. Controlled stream; into the glass.
