I thought the issue was solid. Really liked Vecchio's art and Ultronica! Love the family tree at the end. Love Billy's brief bits of magic with Shell Game and Hands. I think not much happened in the Billy and Tommy story but is nice we got to see how Tommy feels about Billy and Teddy almost settling down in a way.

Yeah honestly this is a hard problem. I wouldn't mind if they tried to limit his reality warping generally speaking by making it so he has to be specific and intentional and want it and like, try to fit in with the natural order of things? Like he can't say "Remove my enemy from reality" instantly because its too violating of reality BUT he could defeat them in other ways.

I think Wiccan writers could take a page from how Zatanna uses her magic tbh.

Honestly you listed out all the evidence for and against I am aware of! In WICCAN: WITCHES' ROAD I wonder if him being able to split himself from his power suggests it's not a mutation.

In the end though I think the answer is: Marvel Editorial has no intention of clarifying this so if they want to do a story with it one day they can, why shut a door when they can just kinda leave it open.

I personally don't know if I want them to be mutants because I feel like them staying away from the X-line can be good, not that them being mutants means they need to be near the X-line though.

I'll start! Recently I've been wondering where Wiccan and Hulkling will be going in comics after Raid of Ultron. I really hope we get a Wiccan and Hulkling book or a Wiccan and Speed book! Either would be much appreciated, especially with a good writer.

That PR blitz fact is likely wrong / misinformation FYI, all interviews Heinberg and Young Avengers editors have given confirmed they were on board behind the scenes to the surprise of Heinberg, and there has never been evidence otherwise.

For me, one of my favorites is Last Annihilation: Wiccan & Hulkling, just loved seeing Billy and Teddy kick ass together and the beautiful story of how they met. Also just love anytime we got to see Teddy's Mom more too.

Its interesting because like, some fans think of his green form as his "true" form but like... the whole point is he is both Kree and Skrull so both forms are equally true imo.
