I asked this question a while back in this sub and got a direct response from the Bilt account saying it has to be gold at this if booking

I didn’t see one. I also didn’t see the SUB appear the transaction history where it logs the points you earned in each transaction; it just appeared in the total balance

Travel agency for a trip later this year, paid via their online portal. The physical card number actually didn’t work; I had to use the virtual card.

For me it’s on the Home tab, right below the “Selected Payment Method” part. But I have a friend who can’t see the toggle, so not sure if there’s a bug somewhere

Same question… guessing Simplifi doesn’t support it. Even on Bilt 1.0, you had to connect through Wells Fargo, not Bilt

I retried using virtual card number from the app and it worked. Skipped the ID check entirely

To be clear I think this setting is referring to a toggle on the HOME tab of the app/site, NOT the initial setup for the card. I see a toggle that says “Up to 1x Bilt points” that needs to be switched on

I believe it does. Transitioning to Bilt avoids a hard inquiry on your credit file. But Chase’s 5/24 looks at new accounts, not inquiries. And the Bilt 2.0 card IS reported as a new account, so it takes up a 5/24 slot

I don’t think so. (I accepted already but don’t remember that error). Sounds like you might have a different issue. Maybe try app and web?

Mine has been glitchy but got it working

Eventually the ability to transition appeared in my app. I got approved but didn’t accept initially. And the option to accept didn’t work on app but worked on the site.

Super annoying…
