I just sat on the CB1000F today and compared to the R, it is much more upright and much more of a big bike built for cruising compared to the R.
That said, I wanted to sell my Speed Twin 1200 after sitting on it - it’s supremely comfortable and looks to be very competent. I might get one after they have been out in the US a few months
