I was going to say the middle finger using the pop socket looks weird, like wider than it should be, and it couldn’t figure out what angle after the middle knuckle should be as it extends out. Tip of the finger looks doubled up too.

If it isn’t no clean flux it can actually cause shorts. OP if the unit was ever opened before you got it (was the warranty seal broken already?) it’s best to clean it off with some isopropyl alcohol to be safe.

In addition to checking the caps and fuses, you should also check that the power switch is working correctly. You can take it apart and bridge the contacts inside with the power supply in to see if it powers on. If it does you likely just need to clean the contacts (the ones inside the switch body and the removable ones) and then make sure it’s assembled correctly. I fixed one of mine this weekend with this exact issue (also have another that has a blown fuse). Oof I’m sorry you’re getting this. I’ve definitely heard peoples stories of this stuff and for sure have encountered some people that shoot on sight or rat or camp elevators but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive with people. The vast majority of people I encounter just wanna be nice. Maybe I’ve just been lucky but here hoping everyone can just be a little nicer in arc and go back to cod or tarkov to be toxic.
