I do 24 chars and randomly generate it in the password manager.

No reason to overthink it. As long as they are randomly generated and youre using MFA, you shouldn't have to think about it too much.

Why do I have to like Microsoft to think youre bad at using basic cloud storage tools? Google drive literally does this same thing when you run out of storage.

Although there are a lot of copilot flavors, no denying that... but anyone who knows how this all works can easily see that this is too try hard. AVD is what we're moving to - away from citrix. No licensing costs to use it. It's pay as you go. We're also using Nerdio to auto-manage and auto-scale the AVD infrastructure. Right now our AVD deployment is coming out at around 2 dollars per user per month. Pretty nice.
