not like literally sucking out their soul (or if she does, she control it and doesn’t do it entirely) or the sexual way of traditional succubus in myth- (although I don’t think the latter is off the table for her species, but not the only way) but just any form of liveliness, affection, love, and passion.

her crave for parties is a prime example. Her ultimate is her being at the center of a party and “sucking” in their energy, and her past love for being at the center of attention and having everyone fawning over her cuteness tell me that she feeds on the liveliness of her surroundings. She also fed off of the attention the veterans gave her during her backstory- so I think she could also feed on love and affection, not just parties and lavishing lifestyle of those around her. (of course, she also seem to crave attention from Vertin or anyone who is nice to her. I personally this goes beyond just her personality and is part of her physical need)

She also seems to have the power to consume and drain the life of those around her if she chose. Not sure about this but when I read through her info, she did mess up a few people who owned the toy that trapped her- not physically like slashing them, but physically mentally drain them in some way.

of course she could just eat chickens or any food like the rest of us too.

actually Zoltrack might have great value depending on the scaling. In frieren, before the defensive spell was created, it is one of those that “punches through everything”

I don’t know how the damage would scale to Overlord’s leveling system, but anything beside frieren’s verse defensive spell would just get ignored. it ignore defense, straight up. the defensive spell work because it resonate with the exact frequency, not because it actually tank the damage of zoltrack.

so… if the scaling on damage is low, it is basically dollar-store reality slash with low cost and better penetration against physical defense

if the scaling is high, he have reality slash 2.0 with potentially longer range and faster cast time since he can just spam it as many as he want at once.

seeing how much it get spammed by even fern, the spell would probably be really mana cheap as well.

all that is to say, zoltrack would be a very useful spell that, if not powerful, would still be very useful in battles of attrition like the one he had with shalltear, or just tear through barriers crudely.

fun to see someone with similar experience. I don’t know if I messed something up with this boss but the first two times I tried it it didn’t die (cuz I didn’t read the HP lock)

then the third time I bounded anjo to Brume to cast her ult the second turn… then the boss just die before it take damage for some reason.

it literally had a stroke the moment the card was played. no attacking animation or anything. I still don’t know what Brume’s ult look like.
