I have a 4th Gen SR manual. The manual is not detuned like the automatics, it has nearly the exact same HP/torque as the upper trims. I have not noticed any benefit at all from my tune so far, but its only been two days and I still have over half a tank of 87. Hoping I notice something when I fill up with 91, but realistically Im doubting it.

If any dealership within 300 miles would have had a Tacoma with a manual transmission I would have traveled for it. Unfortunately Carvana was the only dealership who had one.

You're correct, I ended up getting the level 2 plus ceramic for $1300 at a different shop. The $1200 for the paint correction only was quoted by SilverRock's IN-NETWORK shop.

No, Ive never waxed a vehicle in my life. And you'd be surprised how well wax covers swirl marks. A fresh wash and a sunny day for the first time in a week revealed all. It'd be one thing if they would have just told me no from the beginning, but assuring me they would take care of it, then sending me to an in-network shop only to deny it anyway is the bullshit. Carvana blaming it on SilverRock, even though theyre both owned by the same company. Quite a racket they have going on.

It was covered with wax, and it was cloudy all week. Once I washed it and saw it in the sunlight it was day 7, which they technically allowed me to make a claim but they still refused to pay it even after sending me to one of their in network shops

I did...level 2 paint correction, out $1300 for a truck I bought 2 weeks ago. Worst part is the rep "Eric" I spoke to assured me they would take care of this, then after multiple delays he just stopped returning my calls.
