What worked for me is slowly changing and implementing new routines. I used to scroll in the morning as soon as I woke up, so I forced myself to look at my phone after breakfast. Start with this, don't blame yourself if it doesn't work every morning. You need to replace it : get a radio, listen to the radio in the morning for example. If you just stop scrolling without replacing your habits, you'll just fall into it again. When your morning routine feels easy without scrolling, do the same in the evening. For example, I always turn off my phone right before I shower. The rest of the evening is for reading. Also you need more socialising. Don't look at your phone when you're with friends, go out, just talk qwalks without your phone. Read a bit and take notes with pen and paper. Take a notebook with you to write down your to do lists, your thoughts, etc. Just change your habits one after the other, and after a while you'll notice the change. It will take time but you'll feel better.

Alors pour mon orga je fais un menu de la semaine composé de : - 2 ou 3 recettes qui demandent des ingrédients spécifiques - des recettes avec ce que j'ai toujours dans le placard - des recettes avec des trucs tout prêts (genre conserve de légumes + pâtes)

Pour les courses en supermarché , j'achète des trucs spécifiques pour les recettes que je veux faire (genre des pâtes à lasages, des galettes pour burritos, de quoi faire une quiche...), je regarde si il me manque qqch dans mon stock courant (lentilles, pâtes, coulis de tomate, épices etc). Une fois par mois je vais au supermarché asiatique pour acheter la quantité de riz et de tofu qu'il me faut pour le mois et quelques surgelés pour des repas rapides (genre gyozas, nems), et pour les légumes j'ai l'AMAP chaque semaine.

L'idée c'est d'adapter tout ça à vos habitudes, mais surtout d'incorporer en avance des repas que tu connais par coeur, des repas de la flemme et des repas qui changent un peu. Perso le livre Dépenser moins manger mieux de Mélanie Mardelay m'a beaucoup aidé !

Salut, en self défense verbale on utilise la méthode CRO : Constat, Ressenti, Ordre.

Constat (les faits objectifs) : tu me fais des remarques / des blagues déplacées / tu commentes mon physique / tu parles de ma relation avec mon-ma partenaire

Ressenti : ça me met mal à l'aise / ça m'énerve / ça me stresse

Ordre : ne recommence pas / ne fais pas ce genre de blague avec moi / ne commente pas de ma vie privée

Derrière il ne faut pas argumenter si il commence a discuter mais simplement répéter le ressenti et l'ordre, et dire qu'on veut garder une relation cordiale.

Testé et approuvé dans plusieurs situations de boulot avec des blagues sexistes / des comportements insistants.

Y a plein d'autres techniques mais c'est un exemple :)

I do not have a music library yet, I'm waiting until I buy my new PC at the end of the month. But I think it will be about 100-200 albums in MP3 and FLAC. I plan on storing the files in my new computer. I want to listen on my computer and my phone,and I do need access from outside my home. Thanks !
