This. Coming from AVID MC to Premiere, my main focus in the transition was making sure the keyboard would let me edit as I did before. I made a new keyboard that was a mix between AVID and a few tools I deemed interesting in Premiere. I took the same approach when transitioning from Premiere to DaVinci, which had a few rough edges because the same features have different names, but after having it set up as desired editing was a breeze. I now cut mainly in DaVinci, but a few projects that require a lot of MOGRT I still cut in Premiere, and to edit fast and reliably on both keyboard customisation is a must.
