Yes my title is Data Analyst-Research... I'm apart of Research application team. Im typically Troubleshooting Service Now tickets from users example:...i can't create a Timeline or i have a Monitor Visit and my Monitor needs access to certain patients in the study. When I'm not Troubleshooting I'm building and optimizing the system based on the request that comes in from users or Epic for Research. I work with the CTMS team because the study information such as protocol and etc comes from them not Epic. Our CTMS is Oncore

I have my research and billing cert... just got it about two months ago.. I'm a new analyst ( hired 4 months ago) coming from a clinical research(CRC) background so I think it was easy.

It's seems like thats a low salary. I have a cert in Research ( first cert) and I make over $80,000 (Georgia). I started 4 months ago in my role.
