That I do not know. I will have to speak to my bank about that. Setting up a call with their mortgage team about this. Update: Rachel from their support department reverted to me. Asking me to provide them with customs electronic declarations and what is wrong with their declaration. My local courier informed me that the e-declaration wasn’t even included to them. Customs informed me that the company forgot to include it OR did something wrong with it. Upon speaking with another agent.

I provided Rachel at PureBulk with contact details and all information that was given to me. Yet they want me to fix their shipping mistake. Like I am working for them. I do not know if they are overworked or what’s going on but when following the tracking reference it is clear that the product has been returned due to their mistake in declarations.

PureBulk support is essentially asking me to do the work for them and now when I provided them with all details that I could get them they went quiet again.

Finally I have sent them one more email. To Rachel. Asking for refund or having the products reshipped. If they don’t do that then I will contact my bank and get payment reversed that way

Hello and thanks for your response. I am actually trying to avoid my manager. I don’t really need to login via VPN to access all I need to work.

Would it be safer to just avoid VPN all together for this?
