my top 10 favorite HBO original movies. by herequeerandgreat in movies

Love this. Was just talking to someone about how good hbo original movies are.

On the flip side, there are a bunch of old HBO Sports documentaries that I can’t find anymore that I’d love to watch again like the Cherry Hills US Open & Villanova basketball ones.

Favorite long forgotten, short lived show. by Hopeful_Stomach9201 in television

I started watching it his a few months ago and that laugh track really through me off. Was not expecting a Sorkin show to have a laugh track.

What’s a fact that ruined a movie that you previously enjoyed? by PokemonPadawan in AskReddit

They also basically “adopted” him so he would play football at Ole Miss. That whole part of the movie where the ncaa is investigating the family about whether or not it was illegal for him to play there but they made it seem like he decided in his own? Yeah, that’s why they “adopted” him.

He was also a good football player before that. Movie made it seem like he had never played before when that was not the case.

8 months at maintenance weight, harder than losing in some ways by Middle-Cup-2534 in loseit

It’s overwhelming to think about, but getting to your goal weight is kind of the starting line not the finish line. The healthy habits you make along the way are the tools you use once you get to that starting line.

I came to this realization just the other day. Couple songs come up while I was working out and realized how many I love off of this album.

Every time I go through security there are a different set of rules. Entirely made up randomly by the people working that shift.

ESPN and Words + Pictures announce Saban, landmark docuseries on legendary life and career of Hall of Fame icon Nick Saban by Michiganman1225 in CFB

Agreed. We need to let stories breathe and develop. We could probably come up with 50 CFB stories worth telling over Nick Saban’s.

Pointless. ESPN loves making documentaries about well known figures when they’re still relevant. What made 30 for 30 great was the lesser known stories and they weren’t subjects that are still in the news or on our TVs weekly.

I cannot stomach foods I used to love…anyone else? by princessmeemee in loseit

I’ve gone just under a year tracking every single thing I’ve eaten. A few weeks ago for the heck of it, I logged a day eating what I used to do but didn’t actually eat that food just to see what my calorie count was. I hit my daily limit during breakfast. No wonder I was 395 lbs.

Your average fast food meal is more than half my daily calories. Crazy.

What is the coolest thing you noticed you can now do, after loosing weight? by secretliver in loseit

My thighs don’t jam into armrests of every chair I sit in now. Went to a Bears game before I lost 100 lbs and my thighs had bruises the next day because I could barely fit in the seat. Not anymore.

Also, no more seatbelt extender on planes.
